Work At Home Times #10-- Is It Google Or You? February 28, 2007 |
|
Whose Fault, Google Or You? There's always speculation as to why someone's web site may disappear from the Google index. If you've spent any time building web sites, I know you've had a site or two disappear from the index. You know the feeling, one day you are getting tons of traffic and you're on top of the world and the next day or week, suddenly all of your traffic dries up and so do your sales along with it. There you are left holding the bag, or web site, wondering what happened. According to a recent Site Pro News that I read on a regular basis some even blame their competitors spam complaints to Google for listing problem with their own sites. This thread over at Google Webmaster forum nips that right in the bud. If your competitors had that much control over your web sites, Google's index would be gone in a matter of months with all the spam complaints. Google's own Adam Lasnik chimes in on the discussion to set the record straight. So with all that discussion, you might be wondering, what's the best way to build a web site and reap the benefits of all the opportunities available on the Internet today? I came across a video that explains the process of building a web site and getting traffic and sales. Oh yes, there is a process and if you don't follow it you are likely to end up not being in the Google index or just being ignored completely by your potential customers. Many so called Internet guru's may tell you to build multiple sites with their own templates and then slap a few Adsense ads on them and poof, you're rich. The great thing about this video is that it proves get rich quick is a complete fraud. Yes, the video takes time to watch, 30 minutes, but it's well worth it. In fact, it could be the most important 30 minutes you ever spend online, it's that important. Check it out now! Until next time, I wish you much success in your business endeavors. Sincerely, Alan LeStourgeon |
