Make A New Years Revolution

The end of 2005 is here folks. Can you believe it? So what are you going to do different next year than you did this year? Do you want to end up in the same place you are now, at the end of 2006 or do you want your life to be completely different?

To make your life completely different you need to declare war on your New Year's resolution and start a New Year's REVOLUTION! A Revolution is a complete change of order, a changing of the guard, a new regime. In other words, after a revolution the way things are done is going to be completely different. In fact, Webster's defines Revolution as - a fundamental change in the way of thinking about or visualizing something : a change of paradigm.

What aspect or way of thinking or visualizing something in your life do you need to radically change to get to where you want to go by the end of next year? What kind of vision do you need to develop to move into a different stage in your life?

Let's have a look at a great example of a business that has changed the way the entire world gathers information, has revenues of over $4 billion per year and yet this company wasn't even in existence a little over 8 years ago.

Many people have probably had the thought, "...there really isn't anything left to invent..."or"...such and such has already been done before." Or maybe you have had the thought, "Why should I start an internet business, there isn't really anything good left to do on the internet anymore."

Suppose that kind of thinking were to overtake the major universities in this nation and just suppose that two individuals named Sergey Brin and Larry Page had thought that way back in 1996 and decided the world was not in need of another search engine.

We wouldn't have had Google.

At the time Larry and Sergey started working on search there were already numerous search engines available on the net yet, they had an idea about search that nobody else had even thought of. They had a new way to rank and classify web pages that was going to transform the internet, make search results much more relevant and make Google the fastest growing company in the history of the world.

Google went from $0 to $3 billion in revenue in a matter of five years. That's right five years. And they did it in an extremely competitive market.

The founders made the most radical business transformation in world history and they did it in only five years. What does that say about you and what is still available on the internet?

Did you know that for all intents and purposes the internet as a business market is only ten years old. We have a way to do business in this world that didn't exist 10 years ago. If you think that everything has already been done on the internet what about changing your thinking to, "this is only the beginning!"

There will be radical changes in the world of ecommerce in the next few years. The internet has opened up new and innovative ways to communicate, shop, archive information, gather information and just observe and research the world around us and none of this existed a mere 10 years ago.

What can you do to get a piece of the coming changes and innovations that the world will see in the next 20 years or so? Where is your place in the global economy? Where can you carve out your little niche or dominate an industry like Google has done?

The thing to do is start now by making a New Year's Revolution to completely change the way you are going to live your life and the way you have been doing things. An entire new world and limitless opportunities await the internet entrepreneur.

You can try the get rich quick way, there's plenty of those available, or you can build a legitimate business on the net. Get rich quick doesn't last, legitimate does. The choice is pretty simple...
